This bill would strike down democratically enacted state and federal protections for unborn children and their mothers nationwide.

It would sweep away even the most modest pro-life protections, such as popular limits on late-term abortions after five months of pregnancy, health and safety standards for abortion facilities, informed consent, and conscience protections.

Poll after poll shows that a vast majority of Americans are against such extreme anti-life measures.

But it’s clear that the Democrats -- who have said that there is no room for pro-life voices in their party -- will completely disregard the will of the American people and continue advancing their radically pro-abortion agenda.
