John,

One year ago tomorrow – LIFE WON.

The Supreme Court upended the never-ending nightmare of Roe v. Wade – a case I fought my entire legal career to see overturned.

Yet the very next day, I told my legal team the same thing I always do after a win, "Next case."

I knew then the fight for life wasn't over. In fact, Dobbs was JUST THE BEGINNING. If we so much as blink, countless unborn babies' lives will be lost. This is a day to celebrate, but it is also a day to be reminded of the stark threat posed by the abortion industry. Babies are dying.

Planned Parenthood has been working overtime to strike down every lifesaving law in the country and sponsoring new bills to legalize infanticide. It won a multimillion-dollar jury award FROM pro-lifers (a case we're battling at the U.S. Supreme Court). Pro-life Americans are being beaten within an inch of their life by abortion zealots, as pregnancy centers are vandalized and firebombed.

I'm going to give it to you straight. If we rest on the laurels of past cases won, WE WILL LOSE. We've spent the last year testifying before state legislatures, battling in state Supreme Courts, and taking on new clients – as we launched a nationwide effort to defund Planned Parenthood, defend life, and defeat abortion.

But we can't do it without you. Take urgent action with us TODAY.
