Is Attorney General Barr
enabling a sham investigation? Take the survey >>
Friends —
Rudy Giuliani is still trying to dig up dirt on Donald Trump’s political opponents in Ukraine, even though two of his henchmen have already been indicted. His wild conspiracy theories have been thoroughly debunked, but he insists that any day now he’s going to turn over evidence that a political opponent “committed a very serious crime.”
What’s worse: the Department of Justice continues to lend credibility to Giuliani’s nonsense “investigation.” On Monday, Attorney General Barr said that the DOJ welcomed any information Giuliani had from Ukraine about a political opponent.
What do you think about Barr welcoming Giuliani’s “evidence?” Take Mark’s short survey now to let us know.
It’s been clear for a while that Barr doesn’t stand for justice — and that his loyalty is to Donald Trump, not the U.S. Constitution. Now, he’s taking it to another level by legitimizing Giuliani’s sham investigation. He tried to excuse his acceptance of dirt on a political opponent by saying that the Department of Justice keeps “an open door to anybody” who wants to give them information. That’s simply not true — this is a special process for a friend of the president.
What do you think of Barr legitimizing Giuliani’s conspiracy theory chase through Ukraine? Will you share your thoughts in this short survey?
Thank you so much,
