Friend,
In 1984, Tina packed her bags and moved to Minnesota in her beat-up orange car. She got a job at General Mills — which led Tina to later start her own business and, eventually, to Planned Parenthood, where she fought for women and families.
A few years later, Tina was elected Lieutenant Governor of our great state and went on to serve as your U.S. Senator — standing up for what's right and working hard to move good ideas forward in Washington.
The bottom line is this: Tina loves Minnesota. She has met people from all walks of life with different opinions about pretty much everything, but share a common thread: Even if they disagree, Minnesotans are willing to respect each others' opinions and work together to get things done.
That's what is so great about our state and our campaign. Tina has met with folks in every corner of Minnesota to hear about what's impacting people's lives, carry their voices back to Washington, and work with them to solve the problems they face.
But if we want to help Tina continue doing her job and fighting for us in the Senate, she'll need your support to do so. So, here's the part where we ask:
Will you add a contribution of whatever you can afford to our re-election campaign for U.S. Senate in Minnesota before the first mid-quarter deadline of the year? Anything you can give would mean the world to Tina.
If you've saved payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
This campaign is for you and powered by you — and that's why we won't stop fighting to make sure your voice is heard in Washington.
Thanks for reading.
