Texas Values has been working hard to advocate for Faith and Family bills at the Capitol during the 88th Legislative Session!

SB 163 – This bill will require parental notification to op-in for any sex education classes being taught in public schools. Send Governor Greg Abbott an email asking him to put this bill on the Special Session call and make 'opt-in' permanent!

SB 14 – VICTORY! This bill bans irreversible gender transition surgeries and puberty blockers on minors and was signed into law by Governor Greg Abbott!

SB 15 – VICTORY! This bill prevents men from competing in women's sports at the collegiate level and was signed into law by Governor Greg Abbott!

SB 24 – VICTORY! This bill ensuring Pregnancy Resource Centers can continue to support mother's and babies keeping Texas Pro-Life was signed into Law by Governor Greg Abbott!
