The Senate just voted to BETRAY millions of law-abiding gun owners.


H.J. Res. 44 – the bill to OVERTURN Biden’s pistol ban – fell excruciatingly
short of passing the Senate today in a 49-50 party line vote.

Remember: The House proved an important point to the courts by passing H.J.
Res. 44.


If Biden had tried to pass his draconian ban on 40,000,000 pistols with
attached stabilizing braces as a regular bill instead of circumventing
Congress, it would have DIED right away in the House.


We’re going to use that fact to our advantage as we continue to battle this
tyrannical gun ban in court. The most radically anti-gun Administration in
American history will not go unchecked.


But right now, we need your help unleashing the fury of thousands of outraged
gun owners on the Senate in response to their failure to pass H.J. Res. 44.


Even if your Senator voted for H.J. Res. 44, it’s still important for you to
thank them.

Despite all the talk of “moderate” Democrats bucking the party line to defend
their gun-owning constituents, this ended up being a party line vote.


All 49 Republicans in the Senate voted to protect the Second Amendment, while
50 Democrats voted to support tyranny.


The so-called “moderate” Senators such as Joe Manchin, Jon Tester, Kyrsten
Sinema, and Angus King – who claim to support the Second Amendment – proved to
be nothing more than LIARS.


Each is as big a tyrant as Joe Biden.


If the Senate doesn’t feel the backlash from thousands of gun owners like you,
it will only embolden them to allow further infringements on your God-given
rights.


Just moments after the vote, Biden took to Twitter to renew his call for a ban
on so-called “assault weapons” and standard capacity magazines.

This is the same anti-gunner who described the function of a pistol brace like
this on Friday:


“Put a pistol on a brace and it turns it into a gun, makes it more—you can
have a higher caliber weapon, a higher caliber bullet coming out of that gun.”


And Senate Democrats certainly got their information from Joe Biden about
pistol braces before their vote today. According to Senate Majority Leader
Chuck Schumer:


“If you have ever seen a gunman fire what looks like a machinegun with just
one hand, that’s what pistol braces allow you to do.”


Schumer’s anti-gun lackey, Senator Dick Durbin, also voted to ban pistol
braces without understanding what they even are:


“We all know, because of the ammunition magazines that can be strapped onto
so many pistols, that these become automatic weapons, similar to AK-47s.”


That’s why it’s essential that the Senate feels the FULL OUTRAGE of gun
owners following this cowardly surrender to Biden’s executive overreach. And
the Republican Senators who stood up to this tyranny deserve our thanks for
fighting the good fight.
