Every day, I work with LGBTQ people who left countries where they could be attacked or killed just walking down the street. They came to the U.S. to find safety from persecution and torture through the asylum process—and that is their right.  

The Biden administration is making it nearly impossible for ANY refugee to access their right to asylum. Under the new asylum ban, LGBTQ people are being sent back to life-threatening conditions.
