A year ago this weekend, Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito gutted abortion rights across the country when he authored the opinion that overturned Roe v. Wade.

Yesterday, we learned that Alito isn’t just working to roll back our rights – he’s also extremely corrupt.

Alito accepted gifts worth over $200,000 from a hedge fund manager who flew him to Alaska on a luxury fishing trip. Then, that same hedge fund manager’s business came before the Supreme Court – at least TEN TIMES. And Alito didn’t recuse himself a single time.

Folks, postal workers aren’t allowed to take gifts worth over $50 from customers in a single year. Congressional interns can’t accept over $100 worth of gifts from a single person in a year. Sam Alito’s corruption is far more severe than even the slightest infraction of an ethics code.

Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis have both said that Sam Alito and Clarence Thomas are their models for Supreme Court nominees. We can’t afford to allow either Trump or DeSantis to become President and put more corrupt right-wing Justices on the Supreme Court. Pitch in $5, $10, or whatever you can afford to keep a Democrat in the White House.

Thank you for your support and let’s make sure Trump and DeSantis can never appoint a Supreme Court Justice.
