It has been a devastating year for reproductive health care access since the Stolen Supreme Court overturned Roe. GOP extremists have put the health, well-being, and personal, bodily choices of millions of people at risk.
Access to abortion care is our constitutional right–and we all have the support. A majority of Americans support access to abortion. Most Americans see overturning Roe for what it was–an extremist political stunt. And in every case where abortion was on the ballot in November 2022, it won! Abortion is a winning issue!
One year later, we’re asking you to pledge to fight with us. There is power in numbers. Collectively we will continue to fight for abortion access.

June 24 marks one year since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe with the disastrous Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization decision. Now, abortion is outright banned in 14 states and more states have enacted or are enacting strict abortion restrictions.
Despite the never-ending attacks, one year later we unite and proclaim: We won’t back down and we won’t go back!
We feel the onslaught. We know people across the country are struggling to access reproductive health care and protect their bodily autonomy. We share the anger towards the extremists who stripped away our most basic rights.
We will never back down from this fight.
We will continue to beat back state measures that further erode access to abortion care. We will continue to pressure Congress to federally enshrine and protect abortion access for everyone. We will continue to fight for reproductive freedom.
