Their only priority is to survive. Donate to help civilians in Syria and worldwide
John,
In the past seven days, more than 100,000 people have fled their homes from the southern Idlib and western Aleppo regions of Syria.
Children have been the most affected by the escalation in violence with 17 losing their lives in the first five days of February alone.
The brutal winter weather is making this situation increasingly urgent. With camps and settlements flooded, many children are running out of safe places to sleep, forcing their families to seek shelter in dangerous, unfinished buildings.
"My two year old daughter fears any sound she hears. She runs behind me or under a mattress and screams 'war plane' even though she is very young and knows nothing. All the kids have the flu, colds, coughs, and fevers from the cold. But all we can do is cover them with blankets."
Thank you for standing with families in Syria and refugees around the world. With your donation today, we will continue to do everything in our power to help families facing crises in more than 40 countries around the world.
Sincerely,
Emily Martin
