Neck-and-Neck:
Recent polling had Josh and his top opponent, far-right Mark Robinson, in a dead heat.
This poll tells us what we already knew — statewide races in North Carolina are won on razor-thin margins, and this race could come down to the very last vote.
Meanwhile, U.S. News and World Report is calling our race the only toss-up and the “marquee contest” of 2024’s gubernatorial races.
Josh needs YOUR support to keep the Governor’s Office Democratic!
Team Stein keeps growing!
This month, Kate Frauenfelder and Charlotte Robertson joined the campaign to head the campaign’s communications strategy and digital strategy, respectively. Charlotte has previously served as Digital Director for Senator Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire and on Senate campaigns in Iowa and Utah. Kate is coming from the North Carolina Democratic Party where she served as Communications Director. She worked on Senate campaigns in NC in 2020 and 2022. Both are North Carolina natives.
Josh picks up more endorsements!
Both the AFL-CIO and End Citizens United recently endorsed Josh’s campaign for Governor, joining the NCAE, the League of Conservation Voters, and more than 150 current and former elected officials. These endorsements are coming early in the campaign because everyone agrees we have to win this election!
Josh is on the go!
Over just the last few weeks, Josh has visited with supporters in Brasstown and Brevard in the west, Wilmington and Rocky Mount in the east, and Durham and Charlotte in the Piedmont, and he’s captured a few more beautiful North Carolina sunsets! #SunsetsWithStein
Josh captured another one of his #SunsetsWithStein while traveling to Brasstown, NC.
Josh deeply values getting to meet with folks from the mountains to the coast — because this campaign is about delivering for the people. Engaging with people across the state and hearing what they need from our leaders is key to building the brighter future we want.
