OLYMPIA -- The Washington Medical Commission (WMC) sends legal notifications on a quarterly basis: Winter, Spring, Fall and Summer in our newsletter. This notification constitutes the Spring edition.

WMC served the below listed allopathic physicians or physician assistants with legal statements of charges (SOC) alleging unprofessional conduct as found in RCW 18.130.180. This notice is intended to comply with RCW 18.130.110. A complete listing of all legal actions can be found in the WMC newsletter at https://wmc.wa.gov/resources/newsletter.
