Fellow Conservative,

This year, I’ve led the charge to defeat three non-judicial Biden nominees in the Senate Commerce Committee.  

First, we defeated far-left radical Gigi Sohn, who would’ve used her vast power as Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Director to censor conservative voices on the airwaves.  

Then, we exposed Phil Washington, Biden’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Administrator nominee, for his lack of aviation experience.  

Finally, we stopped environmental extremist Ann Carlson from taking over the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) – and potentially forcing automakers to transition ALL new vehicles to electric.  

My team and I helped unify EVERY Republican on the committee to OPPOSE these unfit nominees. We even earned the support of several Democrats!  

My approach to presidential nominations will always be to stay directly focused on the facts and substance. And, if nominees are unfit to serve, I won’t hesitate to oppose them- and send them down in flames! The GOP needs to GET TOUGH with Biden’s picks!
