One year ago this Saturday, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. This decision took away access to reproductive healthcare for millions of people and enabled extremist state legislators to pass cruel anti-abortion laws. Diana and the House Democrats are fighting back.

Even though Republicans have the majority in the House, there is no doubt that the majority of Americans want legislation to codify access to reproductive healthcare — including abortion care.

That's why along with her colleagues in the Pro-Choice Caucus, Diana led the way in filing a discharge petition to force Kevin McCarthy into holding a vote on the Women's Health Protection Act.

Johh, it's no secret Republicans will stop at nothing to control our bodies. From abortion bans, attacks on contraception, and even the spreading of misinformation — enough is enough. It's time for our country to heal from their disastrous anti-choice policies and once again re-establish reproductive freedom and justice on a national level.
