Earth Day Network is pleased to present new research and insights on consumer food habits related to climate change. <[link removed]> Conducted in concert with Yale’s Program on Climate Change Communication, the study, titled Climate Change and the American Diet, resoundingly reports the willingness among Americans to eat less meat.

The report focuses on American perceptions and attitudes around plant-based diets and the impact our food choices have on the planet.

The data is a wake-up call for the climate movement. Animal agriculture is one of the major drivers of our climate crisis, but if we provide people with the relevant information that connects food choices to climate change, we can drive actions that help save our planet.
