Free Brush Collection
Brush pickup workers
The Village offers free brush collection throughout the growing season by zone. Free brush collection takes place in Zone A July 10 and Zone B July 17.
Place all brush at the curb by 7 a.m. on Monday morning of the designated week for your zone. Please pile brush neatly so that the ends of the branches are all facing the same direction. Do not put brush in a container or in the street. Brush collection does not include contractor waste or large stumps.

Reminder: Sprinkling restrictions in place
As droughts continue across Illinois, the Village reminds residents to adhere to Oswego's outdoor water use restrictions.
Properties with even-numbered street numbers may use Village-distributed water for sprinkling or automatic water systems for plant or yard watering on even-numbered calendar dates between the hours of 4 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Properties with odd-numbered street numbers may water on odd-numbered calendar dates during the same timeframe.?
You may use a hand-held watering device, such as a watering wand, at any time.

Boy band favorites coming to Venue 1012
Get ready for the boy bands you and your friends adore. Boy Band Review [ [link removed] ]?is here to win the hearts of Oswego with music by BTS, Backstreet Boys, NSYNC, and New Kids on the Block. From 6 to 9 p.m. July 15, be sure to come out to Venue 1012 to sing and dance to all the '90s throwbacks and modern sensations!
Pack your lawn chairs and bring your family for an exciting night out. Soda, cold beer, hard seltzer and wine will be available for purchase, along with tasty bites from local food trucks. No outside food or beverages are allowed at this event.
Venue 1012 [ [link removed] ] opens at 6 p.m. and Boy Band Review plays from 7 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $15 for ages 13 & up; $10 active-duty military/veterans. Kids 12 & under are always free.

Independence Day fireworks set for July 4

Witness a spectacular array of colors as the Village of Oswego sets off its annual Independence Day Fireworks Display. This event will take place at Prairie Point Park on Tuesday, July 4 at approximately 9:30 p.m. The rain date is July 5.
Prairie Point Park is located at?4120 Plainfield Road.?
As a reminder, lighting unauthorized fireworks is illegal. Violators will be subject to costly fines.
