Friends,

Recently I was thinking about my time in Congress and stumbled on this collection of photos. I thought I’d share them with you:
2008 – Here’s a photo from our first victory on election night in 2008. I got into politics to fight for children, families, and workers. 15 years later, that hasn’t changed.

2010 — It was an honor to have President Obama in Bridgeport to help us Get Out the Vote! After we passed the Affordable Care Act enabling millions of Americans to get health coverage, the GOP leaned in. A lot was on the line.

2018 — Homeless people are among the most vulnerable populations in the nation. The Alpha Community Services YMCA’s annual Walk to End Homelessness raises awareness and funds to provide support. It’s our responsibility to implement lifelines for families across CT.

2020 — The pandemic hit Connecticut hard, but we pulled through as a community to fight against it together.

2022 — Community activities are back in full swing! Here's a photo from last July at one of my favorite annual parades: the Puerto Rican Parade in Bridgeport!

2022 — Stamford hosted one of the 200+ Women’s Wave events across the country ahead of the midterm elections. Everyone was fired up more than ever and ready to elect pro-choice candidates.

This journey hasn’t been easy, and I’m appreciative of the support and belief you’ve always shown me.

No matter if you’ve been a part of our team since 2008 or if you’ve just joined, I hope I can rely on your support to keep up the fight. If you’re able, here’s a personal donation link: [link removed]

— Jim
