 John, I’m stepping away from calling supporters with my Campaign Manager for a moment to say how grateful I am for the support you’ve shown my campaign. We’re just over a month into our campaign to create life-saving change in TX-32 and beyond, and you’ve made it clear that I’m not in this alone. Our communities are facing many issues that can be solved with bold, courageous action from our representatives in Washington. That means we need leaders who aren’t beholden to the gun lobby and will pass meaningful gun safety legislation to save more lives from being cut short by preventable violence. We need leaders who truly understand the barriers to healthcare that families face, whether it’s being able to afford care or simply having access to a doctor. And we need leaders who will always prioritize people over special interests and big money, and fight for a better future for our children. I will be that leader in Congress. My years of frontline experience have given me valuable firsthand knowledge of the most pressing problems people are facing each day.
