Tyson investigation in the news

Last month we released our latest undercover investigation ([link removed]) into a facility contracted by Tyson Foods, Jannat Farm. This investigation showed not only horrendous cruelty and neglect, but evidence that Tyson knew about cruel conditions and practices at this facility. This story created quite a media buzz, being picked up by 430 media outlets with an estimated audience of over 500 million people. Stories were featured in publications ([link removed]) such as the AP, the Washington Post, Vox, The Independent, and Sentient Media. The investigator, along with Animal Outlook’s Executive Director Cheryl Leahy, was also interviewed for UnchainedTV. You can
listen to this interview here ([link removed]) .

Join our volunteer network

Thinking about getting more involved to help animals? By joining our network of volunteers you can become part of a community of people taking regular actions for animals. This can be as simple as sending an email to a company or signing a petition. If you have more time, there are also opportunities to volunteer at events too.

You’re free to decide how much you want to be involved - even small actions can add up to make a big difference for animals.

Now is a fantastic time to sign up as Jenny Canham, our Director of Outreach and Engagement, has recently joined the Animal Outlook team and is excited to welcome you on board.

We’re currently looking for a volunteer interested in a long-term commitment of around five hours a week working with our Legal Advocacy team. Required skills: organized, strong critical thinking and reading skills, and can manage reading descriptions of animal cruelty.
