Dear John,
All too often, climate policy is based on speculative estimates generated by models that try to see into the future, rather than being based on measurements of what is actually changing.
A new study published by the Fraser Institute today finds that these predictive climate models over-estimate both atmospheric warming and greenhouse gas emissions.
Relying on these speculative climate models has led to over-zealous policies in response to over-zealous predictions of warming.
These predictions lead to misallocation of government’s priorities and regulation, leading to expensive and often ineffective policies!

Sincerely,
Niels Veldhuis
