America is ready for something different, but the choices we're given aren't different.

 

Today, I am announcing my candidacy for president of the United States.

 

Common sense says we're better together. I know it. You know it. There's more that unites us than divides us.

 

I've always kept my finger on the political pulse of America and I believe the Republican Party needs to look more like America. Diverse, eclectic, and open to new ideas.

 

As a former CIA Intelligence Officer, Representative of the 23rd District in Texas, and a private sector cybersecurity executive – I believe in being actively engaged with the community.

 

And we can't be afraid of talking to those who disagree with us.

Nearly 40% of Americans DID NOT vote in our last election. To me, that's concerning. 

 

The Why → I believe people aren't engaged because people on the right and the left are tired of the same old choices and hyper-partisan rhetoric that's making it onto the ballot. 

 

The Solution → The Republican Party needs new blood and fresh ideas to shape itself into a true party of the people.
