Jack, as a pillar of the national progressive community, Daily Kos believes that supporting other organizations and candidates is vital to building progressive power and change.

Daily Kos' deep and wide reach with progressive activists has helped raise nearly $57 MILLION for such community-led organizations and progressive candidates between 2004 and 2022.

Raising money for others is so important to us that it is one of our fundraising goals. However, so far this year, we have had to put this goal on the back burner while we focus on our finances. For 2023, we have only raised 86% of our year-to-date goal for others.

Since the beginning of the year, Daily Kos has been struggling to make ends meet. We have seen two out of three of our revenue sources continually miss their projections. So instead of fundraising for future candidates and grassroots organizations that mobilize voters in their communities, we have had to pour our energy into making sure that we, as an organization, can make our own ends meet.

We need to raise $109,651 to reach our own fundraising goal for June. Once we reach this goal, we can focus on supporting others. Can you please donate $5 today to Daily Kos?
