DWC Adopts Changes to Texas Administrative Code Section 55.15

DWC is adopting amendments to Texas Administrative Code Section 55.15 relating to requirements for the contents of compromise settlement agreements.

Discount Interest Rate Set

DWC has determined that any interest or discount provided for in the Texas Labor Code shall be at the rate of 8.74 percent.

The rate is effective July 1, 2023, through September 30, 2023.
