On behalf of the Board of Ruth’s List, I am thrilled to announce that veteran political strategist, Christina Diamond, after successfully serving as interim CEO since February, has been officially named to the position. In just a few short months, Christina has demonstrated her ability to raise money, build capacity, and successfully lead an organization in transition. Under her leadership, we celebrated huge victories last month with the election of Donna Deegan as the first woman Mayor of Jacksonville, and Joyce Morgan as first Black woman County Property Appraiser.
Christina brings the experience and dedication necessary to guide the organization into a competitive 2024 election cycle, and we are excited to continue working with her in this leadership role.
