Team —
We’re just a few days away from the anniversary of the Dobbs v. Jackson decision — when the Supreme Court’s right-wing majority overturned Roe v. Wade, in what was a devastating, out-of-touch decision.
The ramifications of this decision have been catastrophic. After Roe v. Wade was overturned last year, Wisconsin turned back the clock and sent reproductive rights back to 1849.
And across the country, Republicans and anti-choice groups haven’t wasted a minute trying to deny millions of people the right to choose. From threats of a national abortion ban, to outrageous laws criminalizing doctors, to lawsuits that have aimed to ban medications — reproductive rights are being attacked on all fronts.
But the will of the people is clear: we want safe and legal abortion access across the country. So while anti-choice politicians try to take us backwards, Tammy isn’t letting up in the fight for reproductive freedom.
She’s been a tireless advocate of women’s health care for years, fighting for the rights of women in Wisconsin and all over the country. That’s why she reintroduced the Women's Health Protection Act earlier this year.
This bill would enshrine abortion access at the federal level — allowing women to seek the care they need and doctors to do their jobs without fear of prosecution.
Tammy will continue to do everything in her power to get this legislation across the finish line and ensure women everywhere can get the health care they need. And today, we are hoping you’ll be fighting right beside her to protect abortion access.
Join Tammy in calling for the passage of the Women’s Health Protection Act today. Add your name to our petition today, and together, we will make sure our voices are heard.
Thank you for making your voice heard.
