Tulare County Supervisors Dennis Townsend, Larry Micari, and Pete Vander Poel Endorse Michael Maher for Congress

Military veteran Michael Maher proudly announces endorsements from Tulare County Supervisors Dennis Townsend, Larry Micari, and Pete Vander Poel. Townsend was elected in 2018, is the current Chairman, and represents Supervisorial District 5. Elected in 2020, Supervisor Micari represents Supervisorial District 1 and is the current vice-chair. Supervisor Vander Poel was elected in 2008 and represents Supervisorial District 2.

Tulare County supervisors Micari, Vander Poel, and Townsend join a growing list of local leaders and organizations endorsing Michael Maher’s campaign for Congress, including the Tulare County Republican Party, Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux, State Senator Shannon Grove, and Congresswoman Connie Conway.

Background: Michael Maher is a former FBI Special Agent and US Navy Veteran who was raised in the Central Valley. Michael and his wife, Ann, are raising their young family in Fresno County, and he owns and operates an aviation business. Michael was the 2022 nominee for California's 21st Congressional District.
