July concert series to impact street access, traffic and noise on Capitol Campus
Event & Location: The Olympia Downtown Alliance is hosting its Music in the Park concert series. About 500 people are expected to attend each concert. The concert series will be located in Sylvester Park.
When: Event setup will start at 11 a.m. on the day of each concert. Each concert will take place on Sundays in July from 1 to 2 p.m.
Concert dates:
- July 9
- July 16
- July 23
- July 30
Impacts: Washington St. will be closed from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on each concert date between Legion Way and 7th Ave. The events will impact to parking as well as traffic in downtown Olympia.
