This morning we have FIVE reasons we'd like to ask you to make your first online $5 contribution to Ilhan Omar. Here it goes:

• In 2022, Ilhan won her primary against a challenger by just 2,466 votes. That's a margin too close for comfort, and one we cannot risk again in 2024.
  
  
• That slim margin was thanks in large part to the MILLIONS of dollars in outside spending from corporate PACs and right-wing dark money groups against Ilhan.
  
  
• Right now, as you read this, those same groups are gearing up for next year's elections, and have already made Ilhan one of their top-priority targets in Congress.
  
  
• It's going to take a LOT of resources if we're going to defeat them again.
  
  
• And with our official FEC fundraising deadline just around the corner, today is a perfect day to show you stand with Ilhan in our fight.
