Summer Solstice Greetings!
After years of the Democrat party searching for a crime and repeated failed attempts, a very sad day in American politics has come. Former President Donald Trump was indicted.
Stalin’s Soviet Secret Police Chief, Lavrentiy Beria said, “Show me the man and I’ll find you the crime.”
Not only has the Biden administration indicted a former president, they have also indicted Biden’s number one political opponent and the leader of the Republican party. In my opinion, this is election interference.
This indictment of former President Trump has occurred in spite of the fact that while serving as vice president, Joe Biden, according to the Department of Treasury, took a $5-million-dollar bribe from a Ukrainian company and his son Hunter accepted a $5-million-dollar bribe as well. The bribes were paid so that Vice President Biden would change policy to benefit Burisma. The FBI has shown members of Congress the documents. They have known about this since 2017 and hid it during the 2020 election.
It is urgent that we restore equal justice and the rule of law in the United States. We have an opportunity to do this in the 2024 election by electing a president who enforces equal justice so that no one is above the law.
Until next time, you can catch my latest media hits below, as well as AFPI's newsletter and media hits, where you can see and hear more about their great work.
Warmly,
Carla Sands
US Ambassador to the Kingdom of Denmark (ret.)

AFPI Issues Statement on the Latest Weaponization of Government
|
Last night, former President Donald J. Trump was indicted on charges of retaining classified documents from his time in the White House and obstruction of justice. AFPI has issued the following statement on this egregious mishandling of justice: |
"Justice is supposed to be blind. But today, the Department of Justice appears to be only color blind - it only sees red.
Yet again, the far Left is doing what it does best, using a two-tiered system of government against any individual it ideologically opposes. Unsurprisingly, this latest effort of weaponization comes on the heels of Durham’s latest 300-page report, which exposed the government’s abuse of power to spy on President Trump and promulgated a fake Russian collusion hoax, two failed impeachments, and baseless indictments from activist prosecutors.
That’s why AFPI will continue working to hold those in power accountable and to prepare for an America First Administration that will rectify the two-tiered system of justice that plagues our Nation."

Chad Wolf Testifies Before House Judiciary Committee
|
On Wednesday, June 7, Chad Wolf, former Acting Secretary of Homeland Security and Chair of the Center of Homeland Security and Immigration at AFPI, provided expert testimony to Congress on the humanitarian and security crisis unfolding at our southern border.
Former Acting Secretary Wolf was called to testify because he knows what it takes to secure the border. During his testimony, Wolf explained that "... the conversation that I continue to hear is that we need more resources and that we need Congress to fix this crisis, and that is just not correct. This Administration has all the authority and all the power that it needs to secure the border today, and I know that because we did it during the Trump Administration."
Did you miss Chad Wolf’s expert testimony? You can watch his opening remarks HERE and read his written testimony HERE. |
|
During Wednesday's testimony, Chad Wolf was interrupted by subcommittee members when he tried to explain how the Biden Administration's policies produce unprecedented levels of human trafficking, especially for unaccompanied minors.
Watch Chad Wolf explain what the radical Left desperately doesn't want you to hear. |

AFPI Chief Economist Michael Faulkender Testifies in Hearing on “Dollar Dominance: Preserving the U.S. Dollar’s Status as the Global Reserve”
|
Earlier this week, Faulkender testified before the Subcommittee on National Security, Illicit Finance, and International Financial Institutions, where he outlined the proper priorities to maintain the dollar's status as the global reserve currency, including:
- Getting our fiscal house in order
- Modernizing the U.S. payments system
- Using sanctions in a prudent manner
To make sure the dollar remains the world's reserve currency, Faulkender says it's time for the U.S. to get its "fiscal house in order" to keep from losing the confidence of foreign investors and reserve banks.
