Arizonans,

On this Juneteenth, the Arizona Republican Party wishes everyone to remember:

· Slavery was ended by the first ever Republican President, Abraham Lincoln.

· The Republican Party worked to pass the 13th, 14th, and 15th Constitutional Amendments which abolished slavery, gave citizenship and the right to vote.

· The first 23 African American Congressmen were Republican.

· The first African American Senator was Republican.

· Arizona's new Democrat Governor Katie Hobbs was sued by her former staffer Talonya Adams for racial discrimination, leading to a jury awarding Adams a $2.75 million judgment of AZ taxpayers' money.

So, while Republicans have been fighting for racial equality since the formation of the Republican Party in the 1800s, AZ Democrat Governor Hobbs still isn't on board and recently lost millions in a court judgment for her racism.

All things to think about this Juneteenth.

Jeff DeWit

Chairman, Arizona Republican Party

POLL OF THE WEEK

Should Democrat Governor Hobbs personally pay for her racism instead of forcing taxpayers to pay millions of dollars?

We are making Democrats angry!

On Monday, June 12, AZGOP experienced a DDoS attack, causing the site to go down for about five hours.

A Denial of Service (DoS) attack is a malicious attempt to disrupt the normal functioning of a computer network, system, or website by overwhelming it with a flood of illegitimate requests or excessive traffic.

Fortunately, our amazing team responded swiftly, implementing strong security measures to protect our online presence. They worked tirelessly to get everything back up and running smoothly.

We're grateful for their efforts, and rest assured, we're committed to advancing our mission and serving Arizona!

Exciting news! The Arizona Republican Party has purchased a new office near the Capitol!

This strategic location will enhance our engagement with lawmakers, advocacy efforts, and grassroots activities. The 12,000 square feet fully furnished office, just ten minutes north of the Capitol, provides ample space for meetings, events, and storage. With excellent parking, robust security, and proximity to coffee shops, restaurants, and hotels - it’s an ideal setting.

The purchase includes furniture valued at over $200,000 and offers rental income opportunities. This new headquarters strengthens our presence, improves operations, and positions us for future success.

On Wednesday, April 5, 2023, Eric Morgan was involved in a serious motorcycle accident while returning home from an American Legion meeting in Cave Creek. He was traveling on Carefree Highway when a vehicle turned in front of him and another rider. Eric collided with the vehicle's front tire and was thrown from his motorcycle. He was transported to the hospital with major injuries to his head, heart, lungs, ribs, and pelvis.

But miraculously, with the grace of God, Eric has defied the odds and is now making progress on his road to recovery. Nonetheless, there is still a long journey ahead.

Eric is a dedicated patriot and the son of the American Legion. The financial burden of his hospitalization and rehabilitation, resulting in the loss of work, will be devastating for his family. Accommodations will need to be made to his home to facilitate his recovery. All financial support will go directly to Eric and his family. Additionally, a meal train has been set up to provide assistance and support to the family.

If you are able to help, please consider supporting Eric, AZGOP Precinct Committeeman, and former LD Chairman, who is loved and respected by many.
