Scientists tell us there is no safe level of mercury pollution. And yet, coal-fired power plants continue to spew the greatest levels of mercury pollution into our air—harming our communities, and as is often the case, hitting low-income and communities of color the hardest. 

The solution is clear and proven: EPA must finalize the strongest Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (MATS) to regulate this type of deadly pollution. And today is the last day for you to send your comment to us so we can deliver it directly to decision makers. 

Thousands of Evergreen action-takers have already submitted a comment, but we're still missing one from you. It's not too late to sign a pre-drafted comment today to urge EPA to adequately protect us from toxic air pollution.
