Authorities in New York City are actively searching for an individual accused of targeting unsuspecting women and viciously slashing their legs from behind in multiple incidents across the Manhattan subway system. The disturbing attacks occurred on Sunday between 4 and 5 p.m., leaving commuters on high alert.
