John,

Starbucks got caught red handed tearing down Pride decorations. Check it out >> [[link removed]]

This isn't just about a flag: this company is powered by many queer workers, and time and time again, they've shown they're not the pro-LGBTQ+ company they say they are.

Workers like me -- proud of our identity, proud of our union -- kept the coffee and the profits flowing. How does Starbucks respond? Threatening to take away job protections, healthcare including gender-affirming care, and staying silent on workplace harassment.

Starbucks: if these are your values, shame on you. [[link removed]]

John,

As a trans worker, I know what it's like to fight to be seen and heard. I also know what it's like to fight back against discrimination and injustice. Starbucks claims to be "progressive" and "pro-LGBTQ+", but as a former Starbucks worker I've seen firsthand how they've tried their best to silence trans and queer workers. Workers will not be intimidated!

Join me in telling Starbucks to stop silencing queer workers! [[link removed]]

Starbucks acts like they have workers' backs, but they are waging a war against workers who are fighting for protections. Fighting for things like on the job safety protections, gender affirming healthcare, protections so that queer and other workers don't have to face discrimination or harassment in the workplace, protections for workers to earn a livable wage, and protecting the rights of workers to unionize.

This Pride Month, Starbucks will "look the part". Celebrating trans workers like me because it makes them look good, but they will just as quickly turn around and silence workers who speak out about unfair treatment and lack of inclusivity.

As a proud member of both the LGBTQ+ community and Starbucks Workers United, I believe no one should be denied their voice or rights because of what gender they identify with or their sexual orientation. In honor of Pride Month, let's demand that all workers -- straight, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer -- are respected and protected! Raising a rainbow flag in solidarity isn't enough. We need to raise our collective voice to show LGBTQ+ workers that we hear them, we see them, and we celebrate them!

Stand in solidarity with trans and queer workers by signing this petition and tell Starbucks: Workers cannot be silenced! [[link removed]]
