** U.S. Births Are at Record-Low Levels—Why Aren’t We Asking Why?

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently reported that total U.S. births plummeted to a 32-year “record low” in 2018—but truth be told, total births and the general fertility rates have been falling steadily for well over a decade.

Many studies highlight male and female fertility problems, including significant downward trends in sperm count and quality, and obesity-related fertility challenges in women. But published science also provides strong indications that environmental exposures arising from modern lifestyle are important factors. Among the range of possible environmental culprits, there is evidence to suggest a role—whether singly or in combination—for glyphosate, bisphenol A (BPA), radiation from wireless communication technologies and vaccines.

** Families of Children with Disabilities Sue New York State to Enforce Rights Under IDEA and Allow Children to Attend School
------------------------------------------------------------

Attorneys Kim Mack Rosenberg of Bouer Law LLC, and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Chairman and Chief Legal Counsel for Children’s Health Defense, filed a second lawsuit against New York State.

The complaint, filed on behalf of families of children with disabilities who are protected by the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), asks the Court to enforce their rights under IDEA to allow vaccinated/partially vaccinated children to attend school.

** Paul Offit Unwittingly Exposes Scientific Fraud of FDA’s Vaccine Licensure
------------------------------------------------------------

Many parents today, to avoid vaccinating their children unnecessarily, consider an antibody titer blood test to determine the level of antibodies in the blood. If a child already has a protective antibody titer, there would be no reason for the child to undergo the risks associated with vaccinating against that disease.

To persuade parents that this is wrong thinking, Dr. Paul Offit argues in a recent video that such blood tests are of little practical use. Offit’s argument, however, is erroneous. Moreover, the nature of his argument reveals how advocates of existing public vaccine policy rely on deception in order to persuade the public to comply.

** An Imperfect Union Discusses “Should Vaccination be a Choice?”

The idea of
An Imperfect Union is to bring together two individuals who are on opposite sides of an issue and facilitate an exchange of views. At the end of the conversation, both people work together on a community service project. Josh Mazer was skeptical at first, but agreed to do a segment discussing vaccines.

Both parents, Josh, an informed consent advocate, and Brad Moss, a vaccine supporter, were each interviewed separately, then their discussion was filmed.

In Josh's view, the final product lived up to the promises of the producers and accurately reflects his views, as well as those of Brad. He believes the piece is scrupulously fair and well done—quite an achievement for such a contentious subject.

** Families Seek Answers for US Rise in Childhood Cancers
------------------------------------------------------------

Cases of pediatric cancer in the United States surged by almost 50% from 1975 to 2015, according to alarming but under-reported statistics by the National Cancer Institute. Increasingly concerning is the role that carcinogenic environmental toxicants, including industrial waste and pollutants, are playing in the rise of childhood cancer.

Now, hoping to eventually build a more detailed picture of the correlation between toxicants and childhood cancer, scientists will collect names of parents to answer an upcoming survey about their child’s cancer. Families will sign up and receive a questionnaire in the coming months seeking information including the manifestation and progression of their cancers as well as demographics.
