Dear John,

Each of us holds amazing personal power.

Yet, we can only truly change the world with collective power.

In such an alarming time where barriers are stacked like bricks against women, especially women and girls of color –

We must act together with a united purpose to achieve necessary and meaningful change for the greater good.
