I want to give you an important update on a major project.

Israel is under a blistering assault from all sides. The enemy's goal is the utter destruction of the Jewish state. Jihadists are plotting a new round of rocket attacks on Israeli civilians. The president of the Palestinian Authority has threatened all-out war "any day."

And Biden is encouraging this madness by sending your tax dollars to supplement the jihadists' holy war on Israel.

Biden's betrayal of Israel threatens the stability we helped achieve through President Trump, including peace accords our own Mike Pompeo and Ric Grenell helped establish.

If President Biden won't defend our ally Israel (in fact, he's doing quite the opposite), we will. We're battling in multiple lawfare cases brought by Palestinian terrorist-supporting plaintiffs who were inspired by the radical Left's complete betrayal of our ally. In fact, one plaintiff filed an actual motion in federal court to "Designate Israel as an Apartheid State." We quickly defeated this absurd and dangerous motion – a blatant abuse of the federal court system to wage lawfare on Israel – but our cases are moving to the next stage.

We also recently filed a critical legal brief before the International Court of Justice and sent a new round of legal letters to the U.N. Security Council to defend Israel's interests.

As Israel's enemies seek to utterly destroy her, we may be her last line of defense in court. Take urgent action with us.
