I hope the summer is treating you all well, and at some point over the past few weekends you've gotten to relax and spend time with your loved ones!

Following up on my last email about town halls, I'm expecting the talking points to be broad: The DFL spending the $18 billion surplus, the largest growth and biggest budget in state history, DFL policies rewarding and protecting criminals (only 50% time served required, sex offenders eligible), the most radical abortion policies in the world, and maximum efforts to increase your energy costs and handicap your options with a "green" black out bill (doesn't mention nuclear once). Lastly, and speaking of energy costs, at the last minute of session the DFL leadership brokered a gas tax.
