Increased $1.5 Million matching opportunity.

Dear John,

On Sunday, families across the nation celebrated Father's Day, honoring the men who raised and shaped us with cards, gifts, and delicious food. But sadly, many young adults attempting to form their own families did not have godly male role models growing up.

In fact, the U.S. Census Bureau reports that 18.4 million children live without a biological, step, or adoptive father in the home. That's 1 in 4 children today!

How many of the challenges facing our nation and culture -- rampant abortion, LGBT confusion, drug addiction, violence, suicide, etc. -- can be traced back in part to broken or fatherless homes?

So many families in America are in crisis, even within the four walls of our churches.

Marriage and family are the cornerstone of civilization. It's one reason why I pioneered the nation's first covenant marriage law when I served in the Louisiana legislature before becoming president of Family Research Council in 2003.

While the world's answer is to attack a biblical worldview and masculinity, FRC is committed to equipping men to develop strong character and become the leaders God has called them to be through our Stand Courageous ministry.

Earlier this month, over 800 men joined me and the Stand Courageous team at Houston's First Baptist Church in Texas. There I shared how biblical masculinity calls and prepares men to be providers, defenders, and instructors in their homes.

But the foundational role of the biblical man is that of chaplain, the spiritual leader of their home: the one who educates, exhorts, and provides an earnest example of how to stand courageously for the Lord in every situation.

Decades of social science research attest to the truth we know from Scripture that fathers play a pivotal role in their children's spiritual formation and future.

Simply put: no father, no family, no faith.

To see America turn to God, we must start in our homes and become like Joshua who declared, "As for me and for my house, we will serve the Lord" (Joshua 24:15).

Will you partner with FRC today with your most generous gift -- that will be DOUBLED thanks to the increased $1.5 Million Challenge Match -- to reach more men for Christ and strengthen families?

DOUBLE MY IMPACT

"Faith, family, and freedom" is not just a catch phrase for the team at FRC -- we understand that they are the keys to rebuilding the spiritual walls of our nation.

Birthed out of a prayer meeting, FRC has stood firmly for 40 years upon the truth that the only sure foundation for lasting individual and societal change is the Word of God.

That is why your vital support today will also help accelerate FRC's efforts to disciple and train up believers with a biblical worldview through:

  • Our Stand on the Word Bible reading plan and devotional materials grounding Christians in the truths of God's Word;
  • Our Center for Biblical Worldview resources applying the Bible to a wide range of relevant issues;
  • Video series like "Now We Live" and "Prepare to Stand" that are reaching multiple generations with biblical truth;
  • The annual Pray Vote Stand Summit where Spiritually Active, Governance-Engaged Conservative Christians (SAGE Cons) can learn and be encouraged by spiritual and political leaders; and
  • Issue briefs, publications, and research on hotly debated public policy issues impacting your family.

But it's not enough to simply have private faith in the Word of God. In the Sermon on the Mount recorded in the book of Matthew, Jesus told His followers, "You are the salt of the earth...You are the light of the world" (5:13-14).

John, you and I are called to be agents of positive change and preservation in our culture. Imagine the difference we could make if the millions of Christians in America were educated, emboldened, and equipped to stand for biblical truth!

I Will Advance Faith, Family & Freedom

Make no mistake, the Left will do anything to stop this message from spreading.

Their vision is a society with abortion on demand without limits, LGBT ideology embraced and celebrated in every classroom and on every street corner, and parents' voices cut out of their children's education and "health care" decisions (among other radical positions).

So, they will increasingly attempt to oppose and silence voices speaking biblical truth.

For years, hostility toward Christians has been on the rise, threatening religious freedom and free speech for many Americans. The cancel culture and widespread woke ideology are leading to believers being isolated and rejected from mainstream society and even outright attacks on churches and pro-life ministries.

But we at FRC will not be intimidated. We will obey Christ's call for every believer to "let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven" (Matthew 5:16).

Through FRC's broadcast programs, daily news analysis, biblically based resources, and nationwide events, we're reaching the Christians who need to be activated to stand for what is right and just in their communities and our nation.

Will you stand with us to uphold our God-given First Amendment freedoms and rebuild the foundations of America?

Remember, for your gift of $7 or more this month, you'll receive a free digital copy of my new study guide, Nehemiah: Rebuilding a Nation to encourage you.

Thank you for partnering with us in this critical time!

P.S. - I truly believe that when Christians stand together for faith, family, and freedom, we will see our divided and fractured nation rebuilt, revived, and returned to God. Together, let's shift the culture for the sake of the next generation.
