With a successful evening of by-election results, we saw the election of Anna Gainey and Ben Carr as new Liberal MPs.
These teams ran incredible local campaigns in Quebec and Manitoba, showing just how strong support continues to be for Justin Trudeau and our Liberal team’s plan to keep Canada moving forward for everyone.
And congratulations to David Hilderley for earning the strongest results Oxford has seen in the last two decades, and Kerry Smith in Portage–Lisgar for welcoming more Canadians to our movement.
While Pierre Poilievre and his anti-choice, pro-convoy, pro-conversion therapy, and pro-gun candidates spent these by-elections competing with Maxime Bernier and the People’s Party of Canada, Justin Trudeau and our Liberal team are focused on delivering real progress to make life more affordable, grow an economy that works for all Canadians, accelerate our fight against climate change, and so much more.
We wouldn’t have had this success without Canadians like you chipping in what you can, volunteering in your community, or raising your voice to speak out about the priorities that matter most.
As a grassroots movement, these campaigns are funded by Canadians like you. This is how we keep delivering real progress, together.
Elections are won by making phone calls, knocking on doors, and having important conversations with the people in our communities. With your support, we can ensure our teams are funded and have the tools they need to run campaigns like these.
If you're able, chip in now to ensure that Justin Trudeau and our Liberal team can continue our work to keep Canada moving forward.
