John,

Israel is facing major legal battles at every turn.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) Prosecutor wants ICC judges to designate Israeli land as belonging to the Palestinian Authority so the Prosecutor can investigate Israelis for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity.

TOMORROW is a major deadline as we take action to help defend Israel's sovereign borders at the ICC.

Sign the Petition Now

The ICC Prosecutor is asking ICC judges to, in effect, change Israel's sovereign borders and give land to a nonexistent state of "Palestine" - circumventing international law and the recognized peace process.

"Palestine" is not a state. It has no claim to Israeli land, just as the ICC has no jurisdiction over Israel. Period.

And in the irony of ironies, Palestinian lawyers are threatening to file lawsuits over President Trump's Middle East peace plan.

We have a moral obligation to defend our ally Israel's sovereign rights; and at the ACLJ, we're mobilizing - including through our Jerusalem office - to do just that.

Tomorrow is the ICC's deadline for organizations to ask to be heard on this important issue.

We're standing firm for Israel, but we need YOU.

Sign Our Petition: Defend Israel from Legal Lawfare at the ICC.
