June is always a fun month in the Beshear household! Not only is it Father's Day today, but our daughter Lila is celebrating her 13th birthday and earlier this week, our son Will celebrated his 14th birthday.

I feel so grateful to have been blessed with such wonderful children, and I couldn't ask for a better partner than Andy to raise our kids with. Will and Lila are the light of our lives.

Today I want to take a moment to wish Andy – and all dads and father figures – a very happy Father's Day. From practicing baseball with Will to breakfast dates with Lila, Andy is always there for our kids, showing them love and support. Andy shows up every day for our children and is a great example of kindness, compassion, and love. I look forward to spending today celebrating Will and Lila's birthdays and celebrating Andy.


And of course, happy Father’s Day to all of Kentucky's dads, caregivers, and father figures. The love you give your children and the sacrifices you make are priceless. Thank you for all that you do.
