John,

Happy Father’s Day to every Dad out there who has had a hand in raising and shaping the next generation. I owe a lot to my Dad who taught me and my two sisters that when the going gets tough, the tough get going. Thank you, Dad.

And, now, I have to shout out my husband, Matt Barr, who is also lucky enough to raise some mighty little women.

Having kids together will put your partner in a completely different light. I can now also confidently say the same is true of running for office.

While Matt was in the Marine Corps, I held down the fort at home.

Now, I'm the one on the road for the campaign, and Matt's the one holding down the home front – and teaching our girls to be great fisherwomen. Yes, fisherwomen.

I couldn't take on this challenge without his endless support. And so it would mean so much to me to acknowledge him in a big way.

So, John, can you take a moment to sign our Father's Day card to Matt? I'd love to give him an EXTRA big thank you this year.

SIGN THE CARD

Thanks,
