FIRST: The Supreme Court ruled that Alabama’s congressional map discriminates against Black Voters
THEN: We learned this ruling could reverberate to other states that have gerrymandered maps — like Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Louisiana. This could result in the creation of 2-4 new Black majority districts
NOW: We only need to pick up 5 seats to take back the House, and with new Black majority districts being drawn — that’s where we come in!
In 2020, we provided over 70,000 rides to voters during the Georgia runoffs and made massive investments in GOTV efforts all over the country.
In 2022, we contacted 3.1 MILLION Black voters to get them to the polls and invested over one million dollars into Black candidates.
In 2024, we can mobilize Black voters in these new districts and TAKE BACK THE HOUSE.
