Corporations like Amazon, Starbucks, Trader Joe’s, and Google are leading anti-union campaigns to prevent fundamental changes for workers. Their influence is significant, but the collective power of ordinary people can be stronger.

Amid decades-long assaults on workers’ rights—led by corporate interests in state legislatures, courts, and employers across the country—the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act can finally restore workers’ ability to join together to demand our fair share of the economic growth we drive.

This is about economic fairness and racial equity. The PRO Act targets so-called ”right to work” laws, which historically have been used to divide Black and white workers. In today's context, they disadvantage Black, Latinx, and Indigenous workers who are disproportionately affected by poor working conditions and lack of essential benefits.

Sign the petition and demand that Congress pass the PRO Act.

Previously, the PRO Act made its way through the House only to be stonewalled in the Senate. However, with the bill's reintroduction, we have another opportunity to propel it forward. Now, more than ever, we need to reaffirm the importance of unions and workers' rights. Together, we can aid in reviving the workers' right to unite and voice our demand for an equitable share of the economic progress that we contribute to.

Sign the petition to Congress: Pass the PRO Act.
