While Kevin McCarthy and House Freedom Caucus Republicans are in disarray and at constant odds, I am doing everything I can to make sure Congress is actually working for the American people. In fact, my bipartisan work was recently recognized in The Seattle Times.

It's no secret that I'm willing to work with anyone, anywhere, to make progress on the issues we all care about. Unfortunately, too many extreme politicians in Congress don't share that belief, and that's why I'm determined to help Democrats take back the House in 2024. That work starts right now.

I know Election Day seems far off — but we are nearing the halfway mark to 2024. I'm counting on this grassroots team's support to help put our campaign in a strong position heading into July.

McCarthy's antics are a constant reminder of what happens when partisan games go ahead of what's best for the American people.
