Decades after the establishment of the Clean Air Act and the Clean Water Act, our environment still needs consistent vigorous oversight.

That's why last month, our House majority passed the PFAS Action Act to protect our air and water from dangerous chemicals that have never been properly regulated by the federal government. Now it's time for Mitch McConnell to protect our communities from pollution.

The chemicals regulated by our bill have been shown to cause cancer and infertility in the people who have been exposed to them.
