Let me be clear: No one is above the law.

Attempts by Mike Lawler, who ran on an “anti-crime” platform, and Republicans in Congress to question the integrity of the Justice Department and FBI are not only anti-democratic but dangerous. This kind of rhetoric proves that the GOP doesn't care about its voters, and is a threat to our democracy.

I know it may not seem like it makes a difference right now – but with Republicans like Mike Lawler attempting to overturn the rule of law – there has never been a more critical time to win the House majority. Elections matter, and we need to lay the groundwork for the road ahead right now.
