A budget is a statement of values — and the new budget released by the White House doesn’t leave much question about how misplaced their values are. After creating a trillion dollar federal deficit by giving tax cuts to the wealthiest among us, the administration now wants to cut resources from health care programs Mainers rely on like Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program, and Medicare.
