On the surface level, the Court will decide whether Biden even has the legal authority to forgive student loans. Inflation is also a large concern and has plagued the administration from the first day – forgiving student loans would drive inflation even higher.
The costs are staggering and estimates range between $300 billion and $980 billion over the next 10 years.
That being said, we want to know:

Nothing in the Biden order addresses the cost of college education and exorbitantly high tuition.
We also tend to think that It’s near-sighted to think that future borrowers will expect debt forgiveness - incentivizing students to borrow more, not less. Should the Supreme Court strike down the student loan forgiveness program? Let us know your thoughts as soon as you get this email.
