Fellow Democrats,

It’s no secret that the early months of an off-year are slow for fundraising.

While we’re doing some of the most important work of the entire cycle now, it’s easy for people to tune out without the urgency of a near election.

We’re now halfway through June, and I’m getting a bit worried. The end of this month will mark the halfway point of the year, and folks still haven’t started thinking about 2024.

There’s a Presidential election and many other important elections in less than a year and a half. With all that’s on the line, we can’t afford to waste any time. Can you pitch in $10 today to help me and the IDCCA keep Illinois on track for a Blue Wave?

While we have sluggish fundraising numbers, the GOP has been hosting some of their biggest names at huge successful fundraisers here in Illinois. They believe that they can gain ground in our state.

Unfortunately for them, we’re going to prove them wrong… again. That is why I need your help now.

Even though Democrats tend to do better in Presidential elections, we know the toughest reelection for newly elected Members of Congress is their first reelection. We’ve also seen the impact the national GOP have had on down-ballot races in previous elections. The IL GOP is banking on this.

As the largest IL grassroots Democratic partner, there’s a lot we can do to help fight back — but we’re going to be seriously hamstrung if fundraising doesn’t pick up this month. Will you donate $10 right now to help us shore up the Blue Wall and keep Illinois blue?
